Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your order, we want to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items that have been modified or damaged after delivery
  • Special-order or custom-configured items (contact us before ordering if you're unsure)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first — Email or call us before shipping anything back. Use our contact form or email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide a Return Authorization — Do not ship items back without an RA number. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back — Once authorized, ship the item to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
