High-Flow Diesel Fuel Nozzles

Fast Fill Systems nozzles are built for all-day use in oilfield conditions. All models are compatible with CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, John Deere, Case, Hitachi, and most major equipment brands running on your site.

• Sureloc N150PSLp — most popular oil field nozzle. 150 GPM, thick-wall housing, available in 1.5 or 2 inch inlet. Also available in an arctic-rated version (N150PSL-ARTCp) for cold climate operations
• PitBoss N150PBp — Elastodog latch engages positively even in the dirty, gritty conditions common on oil field sites where ball-bearing latches fail
• N1000PSLp High Flow Nozzle — 1000 LPM (264 GPM) for high-volume operations; requires PLA1000-M pressureless system

Fuel Theft Prevention

Remote equipment is a target. Fast Fill Systems provides two layers of protection against unauthorized fuel extraction.

• R150CVc Check Valve Receiver — patented one-way check valve allows fuel to flow in but physically blocks extraction. Makes siphoning and pump-out theft essentially impossible without removing the receiver housing
• V150D Anti-Vandalism Fuel Vent — anti-vandalism flange deters tampering at the vent port on unattended equipment

Pressureless Tank Systems

Overfilling is expensive and creates environmental liability on any site, but especially on oil field locations under regulatory scrutiny. Fast Fill Systems pressureless systems eliminate overfill entirely — automatic shutoff the moment the tank reaches capacity, no operator dependency.

Fuel Receivers

• R150Sc-A Standard Steel Receiver — nickel-plated steel, 800 LPM, shutoff options 7-13 PSI, compatible with all major nozzle brands
• R150CVRc Replacement Receiver — swaps into the R150CVc check valve housing without draining the tank

Venting & Safety

• V150F Filtered Fuel Vent — 3-micron filtration on all incoming air; one-way check valve prevents fuel vapor backflow. Critical for dusty pad and well site environments
• AB2 Breakaway Coupler — prevents catastrophic spills and hose damage when vehicles drive away while still connected
• AB15 Breakaway Coupler — 1.5-inch version for standard-hose setups

Signal Line for Pressureless Systems

• PL-P-6 Signal Line — Teflon-lined, stainless braided signal line rated for the heat and fuel exposure typical in oil field environments. Standard 10 feet; custom lengths available
